京都のモダン建築である京都市市庁舎前広場を舞台に、音楽と食文化を中心に人々が集い交流する文化イベントを開催する。京都観光局「新規観光コンテンツ造成支援事業」に採択された本プロジェクトは、DJやアーティストの公演に加え、酒造やクラフトビール、ワインインポーターなど多彩な出店が広場を彩り、来場者は音楽と食を通じて豊かな時間を楽しむことができる。公共施設である市庁舎の理念を背景に、入場無料の開かれた空間として運営され、まちの中心に人が集まり、表現が交わることで新しい京都のカルチャーが芽吹き、ローカルの魅力が広く発信されていく。昼の賑わいは夜の「CLUB METRO」へと引き継がれ、深夜まで熱気が続く一日となり、やがて持続可能な文化事業へと発展していく。
